We are assisting with a workshop for homeowners who have lost their homes in the Palisades and Eaton fires to help them understand what their options are with their insurance claims, give helpful tips, and show them how the process works.
The experts, Kelly Konzelman and Hector Vizcarra have decades of experience in California assisting survivors of the Thomas, Tubbs, Woolsey, Camp and Dixie Fire, reviewing claims to assist people who have lost homes. They have over 35 years of experience in real estate development, new construction, building restoration, land entitlement, permitting, real estate acquisition, and construction management. Their team are experts in dealing with cities, FEMA, FHA, HUD, and the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).
