✨ We want YOUR input, Ridge community! ✨

For the Ridge Homesteading Faire, we’re planning a fun shop-local raffle that rewards attendees for supporting our vendors.

Here’s how it will work:
🛍️ Attendees receive a stamp for each purchase made at a vendor booth
🎟️ Each stamp earns one raffle ticket
🏆 More local shopping = more chances to win

Raffle prizes will be purchased using event proceeds, and our goal is to keep that money right here on the Ridge by choosing prizes from local businesses, makers, and experiences.

So now we want to hear from YOU 👇

We only have a few open booth spaces left for the Ridge Homesteading Faire 2026, and we’re currently accepting vendor inquiries from local Ridge-based businesses, makers, growers, and homesteaders.

Chicken update! Even after it was requested to be on the august agenda, it was somehow excluded. Town of Paradise, it would be wonderful if y’all could amend the agenda and add what everyone was expecting and hoping for.

I will still be attending the meeting to discuss this as a non agenda item and I encourage everyone else to do the same to show just how important this topic is to us.

I also encourage you to email and call our town council on this matter. They do have the results of the survey thus far too and can see just how important this topic is for the ridge. Last I checked several days ago there were almost 200 responses and 99.9% are wanting to change this ordinance.

My page doesn’t let me tag the council members so please do so if you can for me they’ll see this as well.

Please make sure to fill out this Chicken Survey before the next town hall meeting next week if you haven't already from our Homesteading Faire! I, Serra, have just emailed the town to discuss increasing the allowable number of chickens, and all responses have been helpful. Also, please show up and show your support!
