Christine plays a critical role in ensuring our client engagements, government contracts, and internal agreements are executed with accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. She manages the full lifecycle of contracts across the organizationâfrom reviewing and negotiating terms to maintaining documentation and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
In addition to contract management, Christine also oversees LSIâs International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance, helping ensure the company meets strict federal requirements related to controlled technical data, defense-related services, and international partnerships. Her work helps safeguard LSIâs operations while supporting the companyâs growing involvement in aerospace, defense, and global engagements.
Working closely with LSI leadership, proposal teams, and program managers, Christine helps ensure contracts are properly structured and administered to support successful program delivery. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of compliance requirements help protect the organization while enabling teams to focus on delivering results for our clients.
