Today we're spotlighting Tanner Slates, Senior Inventory Supervisor supporting LSI's CAL FIRE Aviation Logistics Program.
Since joining LSI in 2008, Tanner has been a key part of the team, helping manage the inventory operations that support one of the nation's largest aerial firefighting programs. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to getting the job done right have helped ensure critical parts and materials are available when and where they are needed most.
Known for his reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to help others, Tanner is someone his teammates can always count on. He approaches challenges with a team-first mindset and consistently contributes to the success of both the program and those around him.
Outside of work, Tanner enjoys spending time with his son and pursuing his passion for hunting. Whether at work or in his personal life, he values dedication, responsibility, and making the most of every opportunity.
