🤖 5 Tips for Using AI in Your Business

AI tools like ChatGPT and others are becoming part of everyday business life. Here's how to use them safely:

1️⃣ Never paste sensitive information into AI tools
Customer data, passwords, financial records, and employee info should never go into a public AI chatbot. You don't know where it will end up.

2️⃣ Always double-check what AI tells you
AI sounds confident even when it's wrong. Verify anything important before acting on it, especially legal, financial, or medical information.

3️⃣ Be careful what you let AI access
Some AI tools ask for permission to connect to your email, calendar, or files. Only grant access to tools you fully trust, and review those permissions regularly.

4️⃣ Watch out for AI-generated scams
Scammers now use AI to create very convincing fake invoices, emails, and even voice calls. If a vendor or contact is asking for something unusual, verify it directly.

5️⃣ Have a policy before your employees start using it
If your team is using AI tools at work, you should have a conversation about what's okay and what isn't.

McCarty Office Machines is seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team in Parsons, KS.
This is a permanent position with hands-on training and long-term growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do:
Repair and maintain office equipment, including:
- Printers
- MFPs (multi-function printers)
- Scanners
- Large format devices
Diagnose mechanical and technical issues.
Provide excellent customer service while representing McCartys in the field.
Promote products and services associated with the technologies McCartys provides.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Basic technical knowledge preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated and reliable.
Valid driver’s license.
