I’ve been thinking about something that’s really important to me, and I’ve decided to introduce special senior cleaning rates here at Moon & Moss Cleaning.

Our seniors have spent so much of their lives working hard, raising families, caring for others, and giving back to their communities. I believe they deserve that same love and care in return. 💕

Unfortunately, there are far too many people who take advantage of our elderly community, especially when it comes to pricing and services. I never want someone to feel like they have to choose between having a clean, comfortable home and being able to afford their everyday necessities.

That’s why I’m offering special cleaning rates for seniors ages 60 and older!

🌸 One-time, weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleanings

Whether it’s helping with dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, or simply keeping their home feeling fresh and comfortable, I’d love to lend a helping hand.

🌿 A Little Moon & Moss Cleaning Update 🌿

As Moon & Moss Cleaning continues to grow, I’ve been working on putting a few more professional systems in place to protect both my clients and my business. 🤍

From here on out, I will have each client sign a Client Service Agreement on the day of their cleaning. This will apply to both new and current clients.

Nothing crazy is changing! 😊 The agreement simply puts all of my existing policies and expectations in one place so we are both on the same page before I begin cleaning.

It covers things such as the services being provided, payment, cancellations, my arrival window, pets and home access, before-and-after photos, existing damage, my 24-hour concern policy, re-cleans, refunds, and what happens if either of us decides we are no longer the right fit.

I never want there to be confusion about what is or isn’t included in a cleaning or how a concern will be handled. Having everything in writing gives my clients something clear to reference while also protecting me and my small business.

You’ll simply be able to read through the agreement, ask me any questions you may have, and sign it before I begin your cleaning that day. 🌿

As always, if something is ever missed or you have a concern, please communicate with me! I’m human, and I will always do my best to make things right within my policies.

quick note for all of my cleaning clients 🧼🌿

I just wanted to clarify something regarding my before-and-after photos!

As part of my cleaning process, I do take before-and-after photos of my work for documentation purposes. These photos are helpful for keeping track of what was completed and have also been helpful in the past when there have been situations where a client believed something wasn’t completed, and I was able to refer back to the photos and show that it had been done.

Most, but not all, of these photos are also shared on my social media to showcase my work and give potential and current clients an idea of the quality and services I provide.

That being said, if you do not want photos taken inside your home, please let me know! I completely respect your privacy, and I will make a note on your client file so I know not to take or post photos from your home.

I recently had a wonderful client reach out to me regarding a photo I had taken inside her home. She respectfully let me know that she was not comfortable with the photo being shared, and I immediately removed it from both my personal photos and social media. I appreciate her communicating that with me, and it was a good reminder to make sure everyone knows they can always speak up about their preferences.

Your home is your private space, and I want you to feel comfortable with how I document and showcase my work. 🤍
