Hey Everyone!

We are now offering general maintenance cleanings starting at $75.

Dryer not performing like it was?
Taking longer to get clothes to dry?
Is your refrigerators compressor overheating?

Dryer vents can get clogged and be hazardous to your home and to the unit. If a vent is clogged it cannot vent properly which can lead to fires due to the unit overheating and can also cause the heating element to go out. This is a buildup of lint that passes through the dryer screen and makes it into the blower housing and into the vent itself. This service will consist of cleaning the blower housing in the unit and your dryer vent. We can come out and clean the vent and possibly extend the life of the heating element and prevent a fire.

We can also clean the condenser coils and fan around the compressor in your refrigerator to keep the compressor from overheating and potentially save the compressor from failing. If you have pets, the hair can potentially get trapped inside the back of the unit and cause the compressor to run hotter which can cause the compressor to fail. Dust buildup can also cause this issue.
