New iRock gear showed up. 🔥

We've been working on these designs for a while, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out.

We wanted the charcoal shirts to be something you'd actually want to wear, not just another company T-shirt, and AllGood Marketing absolutely killed the printing.

The detail they were able to keep in the full-color design is pretty damn impressive.
And of course we had to have the high-vis work version too. Some of us still have to get dirty for a living. 😂

Little by little, we're continuing to build iRock into exactly what we envisioned.

Not every excavation project needs big equipment. And sometimes, big equipment simply can't get there.

Privacy fences, narrow gates, tight side yards and established landscaping can make backyard drainage, grading and excavation difficult without tearing up half the property just getting to the work area.

That's where iRock Compact comes in.

Dirt Don’t Lie.

THIS is what fixing the problem looks like — not just covering it up.

This steep driveway had years of runoff cutting away the edge and creating an erosion channel all the way down the hill.

We completely reshaped the drainage profile, armored 300+ feet with heavy riprap, rebuilt the surrounding grade to control how water enters the channel, and tied everything into the existing drainage at the road.

Then the driveway was regraded with fresh DGA and compacted with our vibratory roller. Every disturbed area was heavily seeded and protected with straw and erosion matting.

The difference is bigger than what you see in the pictures. The entire way water moves down this hillside has been changed.

Now Mother Nature gets to do her part and turn everything green again.

Another one cleaned up and brought back to life. 🌱

This hillside had gotten pretty heavily overgrown, so we came in and mechanically cut approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of brush and overgrowth, including a few small trees.

We also restored a disturbed area by soil conditioning and finish grading it, then put down seed and erosion protection to get it headed back in the right direction.

Brush cutting isn't always about making something pretty. Sometimes it's about taking an area that's gotten away from you and making it usable again.

Another one built from the ground up. 🤘

This customer wanted to add a carport beside a driveway we previously built and recently refreshed, so we gave her a little more than just the footprint.

We built a 15' × 32' gravel pad, including an extended approach to give her plenty of room to transition off the driveway and pull comfortably under the future carport.

Excavated down to solid ground, built a limestone base, topped it with DGA, shaped everything to drain properly, and compacted it tight.

The goal wasn't just somewhere to set a carport. It was to make the new pad look and function like it had always been part of the driveway.

Half road. Half ditch. That was pretty much what we started with. 😳

Years of water running down this steep section had taken its toll. The edge had washed away, the base was exposed, and in several areas nearly half of the usable roadway had essentially become part of the drainage ditch.

This one needed more than a fresh layer of gravel.

We rebuilt and stabilized the damaged areas with heavy limestone, restored the roadway profile, reshaped the surface to get water off the road instead of down it, then finished it with DGA and vibratory compaction.

The result is a solid, crowned driving surface with reinforced edges and a defined path for stormwater to travel without taking the driveway with it.

A gravel road will tell you exactly what’s wrong with it. You just have to know how to read it. Dirt Don't Lie.
