Quick modeling to show retaining walls stepped down to create raised beds, with main and secondary stairs between key areas of the yard and home. At this preliminary stage, we're focused on the space layout over details, but yes...there would be handrails on those stair groupings!

The floor plan and the frame combine as the organizational framework for this event venue concept, featuring a single story layout with a monitor-style timber frame plan- mechanicals and storage and utility uses are dropped to a superior-walls style lower level to maximize ground floor seating space.

Starting this September, Marengo Pass Design will be seeking new design opportunities as we enter our fall season.

We are an outlier in the design world. Our training in landscape architecture let us think systematically and work holistically from site planning to detailing.

Our capacity to design timber frame, structural steel, and architectural concepts let us establish relationships between indoor and outdoor spaces with intentional flow.
