I’m never would I have imagined to have more work than I have employees. I love Colorado, but it’s almost impossible to find people who want to work. So, here’s the idea I’ve came up with. I know there is a lot of Texas boys who want to make that out of town money. If you are interested in coming to Colorado to work and make that money these boys don’t want. I’m putting together two crews of 3 to 4 people skills ranging mostly of backgrounds consisting of excavation work but mechanical backgrounds are a plus. I’ve got over a hundred jobs to do and want to pick up these bigger contracts just need the staffing. Tell your friends and family and have them call me. Looking for 2 maybe 3 self motivated individuals that can handle a snow removal contract We are creating. Pay d.o.e. and the eagerness to help the company excel in everything we do. Look at it as a opportunity to build something that you can be proud of. In this group of people I’m looking to hire a lead foreman who will be responsible for most of the operation. Equipment experience a plus. Lead man must have valid Colorado license with no restrictions. We are on Home Advisor and the contract grows by the day. We haven’t posted in a week or so because a lot is going on in our lives and in the growing pains of a small business. But god will see that we will make it successfully. Just wanted to update everyone that we are now on Angie’s list and Home Advisor. If you need a dirtwork project completed and done right give Southern Endeavors a call. Good morning... Well it’s coming down to the end of our first month. Not as busy as I would have liked, but it has kept me busy all month. The discount of half our labor rate still applies until the last day of the month, so don’t hesitate, make an appointment for your free estimate on whatever project you can come up with. Driveways, house pads, retaining walls, material fill or removal. We can do it all and usually cheaper than anyone. Y’all have a great day!!!

I’ve enjoyed my time here in Colorado. This morning I’ve started second guessing myself. Everyone knows that i my family has a beautiful new addition to my family and what a joy she has been. We love you Alisabeth Grace! So I was 1 an hour late today for a small job. By the time I got to the site I had the privilege of meeting one of canon city’s finest officers. He was very professional and i back the blue all day long. My concern doesn’t lie with him, he was doing his job but the customer had called them because if being late. After tying to explain what had happened I was fired. Please take others thoughts and feelings into consideration. Your problems or views on life aren’t the only ones that matter. All my customers, family, and friends know I’m one you can count on and wil do an I on beat job everyday. I usually do t rant especially on Facebook, but almost every customer I have come into contact with has been skeptical and it is the day and age we live in but there are good people trying to earn a living if there’s no time frame in the contract please at least be level headed and take others issues into consideration. I’m one of those good guys. Ok I’ll stop I live you Colorado.
