An Email was sent out to 80ish people. The email was a copy of what Alma Lee sent out and changed info to L424. Come on Ms. President this is what you wanted now do what you were appointed to do.
Remember local 331 its wasnt given it was stolen with out just cause...local 331 didnt do anything wrong, 4th district just came in and gave no option or alternative...to this day they have refused to to the local why we had to merge with 424 and not be involved in the decision. What you did was under handed...AFGE claims to be agaisnt Bullying in the workplace. Harrassment, dignity and respect......Members of local 331 wants our Union back....take a look at your numbers now...members are leaving if they can find someone to sign the 1188. This merger didnt work and it was a huge mistake own it and then fix it....bring back local 331....

Wheres the Union Where are you Local 424? You are suppose to be given us information you L424 have given us NOTHING. Since Local 424 took over there has been little to none communication, call backs, responding to emails. You take our spend our money but you dont spend your time to do the job you were appointed to do.
Since our new Union LOCAL 424 President Regina Smith will not make herself available to answer the employees questions. No updates to and for the staff at PERRY POINT, LOCH RAVEN, CAMBRIDGE and POCOMOKE, FORT MEADE AND THE NEW LTC IN BALTIMORE COUNTY about the PANDEMIC
There has been 0 information from the AFGE Local 424...understandably the staff is concerned and scared management is taking advantage of the employees.

NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE LOCAL No meetings being held, no conference calls, you wanted L331, you lied cheated and stole it. Now do what you are suppose to do. It's not just collecting money and going on trips, rallys, marches and meetings with upper echelons so they can say how good l424 is doing, but your not. Thanks 4th District for not doing anything to help the employees..no information from you either.
AFGE LOCAL 331 LETS RISE UP AND TAKE OUR LOCAL BACK...NO ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE A LARGER VA LOCAL AND GIVE IT TO A START UP LOCAL...WITHOUT THE EMPLOYEES KNOWING ABOUT IT...destroys all the records of L331 without checking first to see if they needed to be saved .4TH DISTRICT AND L424 ARE THE THEIFS...L331 WAS IN NO TROUBLE WE HAD PLENTY OF MONEY OUR BOOKS WERE GREAT OUR OWN ATTORNEY...764 MEMBERS,IN 7 DIFFERRENT SITES AND CLOSE TO 120,000.00 IN THE BANK.
EXCEPT FOR THE NON-PRFESSIONALS IN Baltimore VA, L331 represented the entire state of Maryland for the VA.

AFGE 4TH DISTRICT VP DOYLE along with his lying stealing Representative Punks....Your days are numbered with the upcoming Election....nobody returns our calls or even stops to answer questions. I hope you got everything you wanted out of the hostile take over..
At the very least the devoted members of Local 331 deserved to be involved in the take over you knew they would never have agreed to it. Their opinions should of mattered to you more then just their dues.

An awesome local. An active local for over 45 years. We did everything by the book...we put members first but you cant make everyone happy..but we tried.
