Communication is key.

In business, in life, anywhere.
Without it, you run the risk of mediocrity & a mediocre team gets nowhere fast.

So what do you do to avoid communication pitfalls? It’s simple!

Follow the 10X10 Rule.

But it’s more than just being a record player (for those of you who know what that is).

You have to be clear about what your goal is.

Now comes the fun part.
Come up with different ways to convey your message - keep it interesting.

Then say it in a different way, and another: remix & repeat.

Safety is Boring? 💤

Safety can be a tough sell, but there are a lot of reasons why our frontline employees or our senior leaders think of safety as being boring or kind of dry.

Often times that problem lies with us…on how we talk about safety.🎙

If safety truly comes from your heart, you will smile; and it'll come through in what you say, and how you sound, and how you look.
