Throughout the last few months, I have been thoroughly examining the role of AI and automation in improving the efficiency of real-world business operations, with a focus on industries that are heavily reliant on manual processes and plagued by data entry redundancy, system disconnections, and workflow inefficiencies. Given my background in auction, accounting, and small business operations, I am convinced that there are vast opportunities for sophisticated systems to boost workflow efficiency, communication, consistency, scheduling, cataloging, payment tracking, and operational scalability. My particular interest lies in AI-driven workflow tools designed to help businesses save time, minimize errors, and enhance cross-team coordination.
