Yesterday, after visiting Chief Margavich’s gravesite, Bristol Township Fire companies along with Bristol Township Police Department and the Bucks County Honor Gaurd joined family and friends at the Bristol Township Building. Here, a ceremony took place to memorialize Ed on the George Stuckey Memorial.

One year ago today was a day that changed us forever. We lost a man who was our friend, our mentor, our constant. Chief Margavich was a staple of station life; always around, always helping out, always telling stories. Continue to watch over us Ed, you are deeply missed.

This morning, Engine 14 was dispatched on Box 14-12 for a report of a vehicle on fire in the parking lot of the Silver Lake Nature Center. The engine arrived shortly after and went in service with the bumper line quickly extinguishing the fire.
