October is World Bullying Prevention Month. Check out stompoutbullying.org for information, ways to get involved and much more!
It is imperative we have open and honest discussions with our young people in ways they understand about bullying and how detrimental it can be. And remember, those as****es you work with now? They were either bullies before or they were bullied. Nothing good comes from bullying.

How does this thing [work, project, plan] fit in to the bigger picture with [shareholders, clients, company mission] - write this out on paper.
Who else do I need to strategize with to work toward this?
When do I need to act on a change?
