My family and I unfortunately had a devastating house fire and were lost, displaced, traumatized, exhausted, and clueless. People came out of the woodwork looking to take advantage of us and our situation. Inherently, I was on high alert and skeptical of everyone that approached us due to horror stories you hear about these processes and experiences. Luckily, Brandon of Ettinger Adjustment Group was highly recommended to me by a friend. During the worst time of our lives, Brandon swooped in with kindness, compassion, expertise, and extensive experience to help us navigate the challenges that we were yet to face. Our insurance company initially low-balled us and minimized the damage to our home and with Brandon's help, we were able to fix our entire house up to be safe, secure, functional, and beautiful. He put our minds at ease and we were able to have peace of mind in such a scary time. What sets Brandon apart is not only his ability to navigate the ins and outs of working with insurance companies but who he is as a person. I was able to put 100% of my trust in him and the process and thankfully I did because he took great care of myself and my family.
