"Carolyn Hahn of Haberman Law, in Philadelphia, represented the estate in Dawson v. Bayada. She partially attributed this success to playing a video of Dawson's fall at trial. According to Hahn, the video showed the extent and severity of Dawson's fall, and that the caretaker was present while Dawson was moving around in her bed and when she eventually fell, but failed to render Dawson any assistance or take appropriate action."
