We are excited to introduce Jillian “Jill” (left) and Robin (right), who have officially joined the Tranquillitas Living team!

At Tranquillitas, some of our very best hires come through recommendations from trusted members of our team. Jill and Robin were both enthusiastically recommended by our trusted Clean Team Manager, Eric, who has previously worked alongside them at Cathedral Village. After getting to know them, we can already see why he had such confidence in them.

We’re excited to have Jill and Robin join us as they learn the Tranquillitas way, from our equipment and techniques to our company culture and values. We can’t wait for our clients to get to know them and experience the care, professionalism, and positive energy they’ll bring to every home and space they enter.

Congratulations to all of the other winners this year as well and to the other nominees.
While this wasn’t the first place three-peat we were hoping for, we are always grateful that our clients choose Tranquillitas Living for ethical sustainable service that provides dignity to our workers in pay and safety.

Eric has been part of our team through so many seasons of growth, change, and learning. Over the years, he has consistently shown up with dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to doing excellent work for both our clients and our team.

In a service business like ours, consistency and reliability matter tremendously, and Eric has embodied both. 💯 His steady presence, strong work ethic, and care for the details, as well as for his teammates and our clients, make a real difference in the homes and lives we serve every day.

Building a company is never a solo effort. It takes people who are willing to show up, learn, grow, face challenges, and stay committed to the mission, and Eric has done exactly that.
