Mobius Method is a human development organization focused on proliferating the magic of ensembles in service of reinventing our world. A group or team that co-creates an emergent future together, inspired by their shared purpose - vulnerably, daringly, and with gusto! The method blends physical, mental, and spiritual practice as a way to bring body, mind and spirit back together in the process of

learning and leading. We work with entrepreneurs, changemakers, educators, public servants, and artists to unleash a culture that powerfully aligns with their big visions for the world. Mobius emerged from the rich soil at the intersection between the performing arts and systems change. If you view your team through a systems lens, the power of strong, trusting relationships shines clear. Your team's relationships form the foundation from which you pursue your purpose together, so investing time and attention into the quality of your team's relationships is a powerful investment in your purpose.

One of our favorite ways to up-level your connectedness AND effectiveness at working towards your purpose together is to cultivate a culture of flowing feedback. When everyone on your team feels open, comfortable, and committed to sharing and integrating purposeful feedback, big things can happen.

Our Fuel with Feedback workshop will have your team laughing, moving, and learning together, and will leave you with simple-and-powerful tools you can use to continue building your feedback culture well after the workshop ends.

Does your team regularly practice feedback?

Our Fuel with Feedback half-day workshop warmly invites teams to wholeheartedly embrace feedback as a key cultural practice. In this workshop, you and your team will:

--> Learn the mindset shift that embraces and values feedback
--> Cultivate self-awareness of your own tendencies and preferences about feedback
--> Normalize giving and receiving feedback in all directions, up & down your hierarchy
--> Learn specific tools for giving and receiving purpose-driven feedback
--> Practice in real time together, acknowledging that feedback can both deepen or diminish trust, depending on how it’s given.

Whether you are a purpose-driven business, a public servant, or an educator, improving your team's relationship to feedback will improve your outcomes.

In our work, we encounter so many people who genuinely want to receive honest feedback, and offer that same gift to others on their team.

However, because they don't feel empowered to handle feedback well, they end up avoiding it entirely.

We leave so much on the table when feedback isn't a core piece of our culture, and yet, feeling the urgency of this need doesn't magically make it any easier.

We've all been in situations where feedback is delivered in an ineffective or even harmful way... imbalanced power dynamics, one-directional feedback tipping the scales, projecting insecurities and beliefs onto others, etc. Examples of healthy feedback are few and far between.

Thankfully, performing arts ensembles have feedback wisdom to share with us… and the key is centering purpose.

In the midst of today's unprecedented job growth and swirling change, what sort of culture makes people excited to *stay*?

A stellar benefits package, flexible work hours, fun swag... all nice! But research tells us that most people want to stay where they can *grow*...

Which means they want to give and receive FEEDBACK.

Fostering a culture of learning and feedback is one of the most powerful moves you can make for your long-term vision. Not only will people want to stick around, you will continuously get better at what you do… both as individuals and as an organization.

Is feedback flowing on your team? Do you and your team members feel like you have the fuel you need to grow where you are?
