🧠 MY STEP-BY-STEP ROUTINE
1️⃣ Pause before stimulation (First 30 min)
No phone. No emails. No notifications.
Let your nervous system wake up naturally.
2️⃣ Process thoughts early (Next 30 min)
Journal. Brain dump.
Choose your top 3 priorities for the day.
3️⃣ Signal safety through movement (Last 30 min)

Walk, stretch, or move lightly.
