🌍✈️ I'm going to say it - traveling is NOT always the best medicine for mental health. Fight me! 🥊

🧠 Let's talk about mental health for a second. It's an ongoing process, a daily battle for some, a lifetime journey for others. It's not a wound that can be easily healed by a change in longitude and latitude.

🚶‍♂️ The fact is - yes, travelling can enrich the mind and soothe the soul. New experiences and cultures can add color to our grey days, it's true. But let's not overlook the fact that navigating new countries, languages, and people can also be extremely stressful.
