The Greenhouse family will officially be in the building for this year, and we’re excited to connect, build community, and continue creating pathways for women, founders, advocates, and culture shifters within cannabis and beyond.

We also know access matters so for those in our community who may need additional support attending, we’re happy to share a discounted registration code to help make participation more accessible.

Whether you’re looking to network, learn, grow your brand, explore opportunities, or simply find your people in the industry, IGNITE is shaping up to be an incredible experience and we’d love to see our community represented in the room.

Come join me in Jersey City for the MCBA New Jersey tour stop where we dive into the specifics of how cannabis policy actually gets made? 📜
And how do operators, regulators, and advocates work together to create more functional markets?
That’s the focus of MCBA’s Policy Hackathon at the East Coast Regional in Jersey City. 🌱
Over two days, participants will work side by side to:
🧭 Identify policy literacy & stakeholder engagement gaps
🤝 Explore successful cross-state coordination strategies
📋 Build policy navigation tools & practical resources
🛠️ Develop templates, frameworks & implementation recommendations
🏛️ Strengthen collaboration between operators, regulators & advocates
Because of the interactive format, participants won’t just hear from policy leaders — they’ll work alongside them to help shape practical resources that can continue evolving beyond the convening itself.

This Saturday I’ll be speaking at the Food and Wine Festival 🍷✨

This will be my first speaking engagement in Georgia since relocating here, and it feels aligned in a way I don’t take for granted. New place, new chapter, same commitment to building in rooms where culture, food, and conversation actually mean something.

I’ll be there alongside our partners helping folks “discover the difference”, and we’ll also be taking applications for membership and Club—a curated space for intentional community, connection, and shared table experiences.

If you’re in the room, I’m looking forward to meeting you, not just as an audience, but as part of what we’re building. Thank you for continuing to build SAFE spaces out here

Too much of what we call “community work” stops at conversation. Safe conversations. Familiar conversations. The kind that reinforce what we already know without pushing toward the systems, structure, and trust required to truly build together.

We celebrate visibility while avoiding interdependence. We build communities that are sometimes gated, extractive, and siloed — held together by just enough progress to convince ourselves the work is enough.

But if watching the conversation around Spirit Airlines taught us anything, it’s this: people are hungry for the idea of collective ownership again. Hungry for the possibility that maybe we actually could buy the farm, the dispensary, the grocery store, the land, the media platform, the wellness space — together. Not as fantasy, but as infrastructure.

Because real community isn’t just support. It’s shared leverage. Shared resources. Shared vision. A real understanding of the interconnected systems needed to create sustainability beyond one person, one business, or one moment.

I don’t claim perfection. I’m still learning. Still building. Still trying to understand what becomes possible when we stop networking for proximity and start organizing for collective capacity.

I learned the hard way how community works — and how it doesn’t. But I know the ability to build something deeper is already in us.

That’s why this year at the HIGHER Cannabis Conference for Women of Color the work goes beyond being seen. It’s about being heard, felt, connected, and activated.

We’re returning to the spirit of Year One because legacy requires deeper roots.

No one attending is leaving the same way they came.
