Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs in practice growth have nothing to do with marketing budgets, new technology, or even clinical skill.
It comes down to how well we listen, how we communicate, and whether patients truly feel understood.
This episode was a great reminder that trust is built in the small moments… the conversations, the questions we ask, and the way we make people feel before any treatment is ever presented.
