We had our 2nd Wellness Hike this past weekend and planned a special drum circle for the culmination of the hike. The instructor .rhythmspeaker_janjeffries brought instruments for the participants to join in. TBH I wasn’t sure if the Men would be willing participants to play the instruments alongside……….

But just look @ these Kings marveling in their collective power🥰! It brings my heart so much joy to witness these brothers Be Engaged. Being Connected with each other. Being Joyful. Having Fun. And Just Being Free!
They Deserve this!!!

And it’s such an honor and pleasure to curate these safe spaces for their healing and wellness!
Thank you to all the Men who showed up! I loved hearing your stories.

If you Know me, then You know I feel aligned in my purpose of creating safe spaces for men to do their healing work ❤️‍🩹 has been fulfilling beyond measure 🥰!

When All the Men come together collectively for their wellness there is this beautiful energetic frequency of hope, humanity, & vulnerability that affirms my “WHY”!

This Saturday June 28th 11-3pm (Temple Student Center we are hosting Our 10th Convening of Kings Corner Live! We have taken this event to 7 major cities in just 5 short years 🙏🏾✊🏾!

These events are FREE wellness events for Men! This year’s theme is Share Our Stories bc storytelling is healing and transformative especially for Black Men who are often silenced, stereotyped or expected to suffer in silence. :
~Breaks the Silence
~Builds Connection & Brotherhood
~Reclaims the Narrative
~Heals Through Reflection
~Fuels Legacy & Leadership

Nothing makes me Prouder than when Men show up for Themselves and each other bc they are also showing up for US and our communities when they prioritize their own healing!

This will be our largest event to date….we have ONLY 8 more slots open before registration shuts down! Almost 300 Men have registered 😱🙏🏾❤️🫶🏾!

When music feels like therapy, like home, like a divine embrace- CLEO SOL at Radio City Music Hall was all of that and more. ✨ I’ve listened to her almost every day for years, and seeing her live was nothing short of transcendent. Learning and growing from and with 3000 other psychotherapists is so fulfilling to the clinical geek 🤓 that lives heavily within me.

Being Led in mindfulness meditation by one of the greats .kabat.zinn 🫶🏾🙏🏾 was everything I needed!
