Borderland Vineyard Borderland Vineyard™ was a vineyard and winery established by the Kalb family on the family farm in Landenberg, Pennsylvania.

Permanently closed.

In 2006 Kurt Kalb began revitalizing the agricultural areas of the farm that his parents Janet and George Kalb bought in 1946. Starting in 2008, Kurt planted the first vinifera grapevines and had been slowly expanding the vineyard every Spring with the help of family and friends. The establishment of Borderland Vineyard™ had truly been a community effort. As plans for vineyard and winery evolved,

Kurt, in partnership with his sister Karen Kalb Anderson, started production of Borderland Vineyard™ wines using grapes from nearby vineyards. Special events open to the public were planned throughout the years. Released wines included 2013 unoaked Chardonnay, a dry 2014 Leaping Sheep Riesling, 2015 Sauvignon blanc, 2013 Reserve Merlot (aged in French oak for 5 to 6 months), and the 2014 Cabernet.
