One of the biggest realizations I’ve had over the last year is that I wasn’t craving more work…

I was craving deeper impact.

After years of running Meraki Media Management, managing multiple clients at once, growing teams, building campaigns, and helping businesses grow online, I started realizing something:

✨ I wanted to be closer to the strategy.
🔥 Closer to the decision-making.
📈 Closer to the actual growth of the business.

I wanted to understand the full picture — lead flow, newsletters, client retention, sales, community building, brand positioning, expansion.

I wanted to help businesses grow from the inside out.

And honestly, this new fractional CMO-style role has completely changed my perspective on what marketing can look like. 🙌

It’s more personal.
More intentional.
More aligned.

I genuinely feel like part of these companies’ teams and communities. Watching a business grow, watching their team become more supported, watching the impact ripple into people’s actual lives… it’s hard to even explain how fulfilling that feels. ✨

This offer wasn’t built from a trend.
It came from passion.
From experience.
From years of knowing I had more to give strategically.

And I think the coolest part is realizing that sometimes the next level of your business is actually the thing that brings you closer to yourself, too. ❤️

🎙️ This new solo episode of The End In Mind Podcast is out now if you want to hear the full story behind this pivot and everything I’ve been learning lately.

When I started Meraki Media Management back in 2019, I honestly just knew one thing:

I wanted to build something that felt meaningful. ✨🤍

Not just content for the sake of content.
Not just marketing for the sake of visibility.

I wanted to help people grow businesses they genuinely cared about.

And somewhere along the way, I realized the reason this company kept evolving is because I never built it from a place of obligation. I built it from passion. 🙌

From late nights.
Big pivots.
Creative risks.
Believing in myself before I fully had proof.
Learning as I went.
Caring deeply about the people behind the brands.

Meraki means putting your heart and soul into your work. And honestly… every expansion of this business has come from exactly that.

Especially this next chapter. ❤️

Lately, I’ve been realizing that burnout doesn’t always come from working hard.

Sometimes it comes from building a life or business that no longer fits the version of you you’re becoming.

For so long, I thought growth meant more.
More clients. More work. More pressure. More proving.

But this new season of my life and business has been teaching me something completely different:

More isn’t always better.
Sometimes alignment is.

Sometimes the next level comes from simplifying.
From focusing.
From finally listening to yourself instead of forcing yourself.

This episode is probably one of the most honest conversations I’ve had about entrepreneurship, pivots, identity, burnout, and building a business that actually supports your life instead of consuming it.

And honestly? I think a lot more people are feeling this than they admit.

Episode 266 of The End In Mind Podcast is out now. 🤍

One of the most rewarding parts of stepping into a fractional CMO role has been watching what happens when a business finally gets alignment behind the scenes.

Over the last few months, we’ve helped a local service-based business create some of the strongest momentum they’ve had in years.

📈 +311% increase in calls
📈 +52% increase in website visits
📈 +29% increase in profile views
📈 More leads, more booked projects, and a significantly fuller pipeline overall

But honestly, the numbers are only part of it.

What I’m most proud of is watching the business evolve from taking on “whatever comes in” to being able to choose higher-quality, higher-value projects that actually align with their long-term goals.

That shift only happens when marketing stops being random.

When strategy, messaging, systems, content, and leadership all start working together.

This experience has taught me that most growing businesses don’t necessarily need more marketing. They need structure. Direction. Someone connecting the dots.

👆🏼 I did want to start sharing more of what this work can actually look like behind the scenes. Because I’m genuinely really proud of what we’re building. ❤️

If you’re curious about this kind of role or support, my DMs are always open for a conversation. 📲

I think we underestimate the power of consistency because we’re so used to celebrating instant results.

But most meaningful things in life are built slowly. Quietly. Repeatedly.

The gym class you almost skipped.
The business you keep showing up for.
The healing no one else can see yet.
The small decisions that don’t feel life-changing in the moment.

Rivers don’t cut through rock overnight.
They do it by continuing to flow. 🏞️

So if things feel slow right now, don’t mistake slow for stagnant.

Something might already be changing beneath the surface. ❤️

So many people overcomplicate LinkedIn.

More content.
More hacks.
More “growth strategies”.

But this part of my conversation with Mitchell Levy cuts through all the noise: the real value isn’t in going viral.
➡️ It’s in the relationships you build. 🤝

The conversations.
The connections.
The human-to-human interaction behind the screen.

Because at the end of the day, people still buy from people they trust.

I think when you genuinely care about what you’re building, it becomes part of the way you see the world.

A random conversation becomes a strategy idea.
A coffee shop becomes branding inspiration.
A peaceful weekend suddenly turns into a voice note about a new offer.

So yes, work-life balance matters.
Rest matters.
Slowing down matters.

But honestly? Some part of my brain is always building something. 💃

And apparently… it’s entirely impossible to switch that part off. And that’s okay.

One of the most powerful things about entrepreneurship is this 👇

The thing that once hurt you… confused you… or challenged you the most often becomes the exact thing you’re meant to help others through.

This moment with .levy is such an important reminder that your experience matters.

Your perspective matters.
Your way of doing things matters.

And just because someone else teaches a different framework doesn’t mean yours is wrong.

Sometimes your greatest business asset comes from what you had to overcome yourself.

This role has changed the way I look at marketing completely.

I knew that the real growth comes from alignment but it also comes…

From having someone own the bigger picture.
From strategy actually connecting.
From systems supporting the people doing the work.

Over the last few months, I’ve had the opportunity to step into the fractional CMO role for a local business, and honestly… the impact has been bigger than I expected.

✨ More leads than they’ve seen in years.
✨ A pipeline fuller than ever.
✨ Newsletter open rates around 60%.
✨ Click rates over 40% at times.

Bigger projects. Better-fit clients. More clarity in where the business is going.

And the most meaningful part? Watching the business move from “taking whatever comes in” to intentionally choosing projects that actually align with their long-term vision. 👏

Not because we added more… Because we created structure.

I don’t share this to say “look what I did”. I share it because I think a lot of founders believe they need more people, when really they need clearer leadership and systems behind the marketing they already have.

That’s the kind of work I’m really passionate about right now. ❤️

If you’re curious about what this type of support looks like, my DMs are always open. 🙏

The jobs that didn’t work out.
The plans that fell apart.
The seasons where you felt completely lost.

At the time, it feels like failure.
But looking back?
A lot of it was redirection.

I don’t think we always find our place by perfectly following a plan. Sometimes we find it by outgrowing old versions of ourselves, taking wrong turns, and learning what actually fits us along the way.

Getting lost doesn’t always mean you’re off track.
Sometimes it’s how you finally find yourself. ❤️

So many of us stay stuck because we think it’s risky to change.

But what if the real problem…
is that we don’t have a process?

This moment with Dale reframes everything: Growth isn’t about guessing. It’s about learning how to think differently.

Because when you have a process, what once felt overwhelming starts to feel exciting.

And the question shifts from:
“What’s the problem I need to fix?”

to: “What do I actually want to create?”
