If you’re exhausted from watching life pass you by, take just 5 minutes to try this simple exercise:

1. Find a safe, quiet place that's distraction free
2. Think about 3-5 goals that you set out to do but failed to accomplish
3. Reflect on what you did to achieve these goals or the lack there of
4. Ask yourself, was this impossible for you to do?

If your answer to #4 is no, the reason you didn't accomplish the goals you set out to do wasn't because you were incompetent but because you didn't believe.

The fastest way to believe is to tell a story.

Rewrite your story, rehearse your story and change your beliefs to match what you're capable of.

2025 is right around the corner. New year, new goals and all that good stuff. If you've struggled with goals in the past, this may work for you as it has worked for me.

Write a story of your 2025 successes in the past tense.

Include the challenges you anticipate, the emotional highs and lows, the people who will help you along the way and the feeling of victory you'll experience.

This will serve as motivation and a confidence boost when you're feeling down and it works in business just as much as it does at home.

PS. If you're really committed to succeeding, write your story then ask God to make the appropriate edits
