That feeling when you hit it out of the park as a mom? >>>>
[ad] We headed over to the Comcast Center Campus for their Lunar New Year celebration, and I really love that it’s fun but also quietly meaningful. It’s such an easy way to let your kids experience a different culture in a way that actually clicks for them — not a lecture, not overwhelming… just woven into a fun day out.
From Feb. 2–March 6, they’re showing Po’s Awesome Lunar New Year Adventure inside the Universal Sphere (and yes, it’s free). It features Kung Fu Panda, big immersive visuals, those floating sky lantern moments, and they even offer sensory-friendly showtimes — which I always appreciate.
On select days there are lion dances, crafts, character meet-and-greets, and live performances. It’s the kind of thing that naturally sparks those little “Wait, why..?” questions in the best way. Those are my favorite moments🥹
And because no family outing is complete without snacks, we’re planning to grab pizza at Pizzeria Salvy and coffee (for me) + treats (for them) at Vernick Coffee Bar.
Indoors. Free. Actually interesting.
Saving this for the next “what are we doing today?” afternoon!
