Once a year open studio sale this weekend!!!
I have works in the Michener Museum in Doylestown, Grounds for Sculpture in NJ and for sale at shops in Doylestown, New Hope, Lambertville, NJ, NY, VA and on Nantucket Island. This is your chance to see and choose from over 100 pieces of furniture, Lathe turned bowls and wood art. They make great gifts (easy to ship!). Prices staring at $20.
Come check out the home studio/shop at 272 Fox Chase Lane in Doylestown.
Saturday 11-4. Sunday 12-4.

Matt asked me for a table he can take back to his shared house in Boston. Here it is. White oak with walnut accents. The top is finished with Mohawk Rockhard Urethane and a graphene nanocoat which will stand up to wine being spilled on it and sitting overnight. And since Matt will take it with him when he finishes school it comes apart with 8 bolts and 2 wooden pegs holding the center stretcher in place. Also makes it easier to transport since it's about 150lbs.

OK. This is it. The holiday show and last chance to get some great wood art for xmas gifts. (Nearly) all wood is sourced from here in Bucks County and made by me in Doylestown. Furniture, bowls and art pieces. Last public sale until late spring this Saturday, 12/9 from 10am - 4pm.

My booth was one of about 100 at the Cranberry Festival and juried craft show in Bordentown, NJ. Pretty cool little town. Lots of people but sales were a bit slower than I would have hoped. I take some solace in being named not just the best woodworker but the best booth in the whole show!!

I attended the 2 day Mid Atlantic Woodturning Symposium in Lancaster last week. First; Lancaster is a super cool town! Who'd have guessed.
This piece was judged Best Segmented turning by the 200 Professional and hobbyist turners attending...

Well the air seems to be clearing a bit and I just got word that McConkey's market Art and craft show is ON for tomorrow (6/9), one day only, at Washington's Crossing State Park. I'll be there with these new pieces and over 100 others. Come on by to check things out or just say hi. 10-4:00
