Sometimes the signs that people are not doing well are subtle! They can easily be dismissed away by a "tough day" or "off day." These could be indicators that something larger is going on in their minds. Being aware of some signs could help you improve someone's day, if not their life. Isolation, moodiness, and constant stress indicate a heavy mental load. Reach out for help if you or someone you know needs help. Mental health is real and we all can do more to improve.
