We recently held our Company Day at T&C Hunt Club to thank the people who make UPLINK what it is — our incredible Team, the vendors who support us along the way, and our great customers!

This day was about more than just getting together — it gave us all a chance to take a step back, reflect on the great things we’ve accomplished this summer, and recognize how much we’ve grown. 🚨 Project Complete! 🚨

After a year of hard work, our team has officially wrapped up one of the most anticipated projects we’ve ever taken on. From engineering and design to securing permits across multiple Florida counties, this has been a true team effort to deploy one of the largest two-way radio networks we’ve ever built.

Our customer operates on nearly 300,000 acres of farmland, moves up to 1,000 railcars per day, and makes safety and communication for their people a top priority. We took that to heart and got to work—partnering with American Tower to secure sites, leases, and carrier approvals, and teaming up with some of the best antenna manufacturers to deliver durable, weather-resistant systems built to last.

This network is more than just infrastructure—it’s a testament to the dedication, engineering, and commitment of our team to deliver unmatched value.

And we’re not stopping here. We’ve got even bigger plans ahead—networks with more safety features, more coverage, and more innovation.
