Do you remember people's names?

People's attitudes are very different when you remember and use their name.
I went into a new coffee shop today.
It just opened so they are not crushed with business yet.
When I went to get a refill before I exited the barista said,

"What is your name?"

I was impressed and I'll be even more impressed if he remembers it when I return.
It set him apart.
Try it and see what happens to you in business and networking.
