Care Landlord Training exists so you don't have to learn it alone. We provide a cohort — a room of people in the same spot you're in, community landlords figuring out how to be good responsible landlords while not going broke in the process. Over our sessions we get into the real stuff: the money, the maintenance, the legal footing, the tenant relationships, the long game of building something that lasts and can even get passed down. We bring in people who know the business of property ownership: contractors, folks who've done the work — so you're not guessing. And you walk out with more than notes. You walk out knowing the person two seats over, because that network is half the point.
Cohort 2 just wrapped, and the thing people kept saying was that they wished they'd had this years ago. Cohort 3 starts October 7th.
Here's the ask: get your name in now. This runs as a small group on purpose — it only works when the room is the right size — so seats are limited and they go to the people who raise their hand early. If you've been figuring this out by yourself and you're tired of it, this is the room for you.
