Button Works by Joseph is a small family business in Central PA, started in 2020. We design and produce custom buttons, magnets and other personalized gift items. We have done custom orders in the 1000s for organizations, non-profits, campaigns, businesses and many smaller orders for individuals for family life events. All materials and equipment used is made in the U.S.A., and all items are designed and assembled locally.
Non-profits that we have worked with include the AACA (Antique Auto) Museum in Hershey (part of the Smithsonian), West Shore Historical Society, Friends of Peace Church, Pennsylvania Library Association, Williams Grove Historical Steam Engine Association and Fredricksen Library and Cumberland County Democratic Committee. Our retail locations have included Old Sled Works, Duncannon, The York Merchant, York, Antiques Marketplace, Lemoyne and Benefit Hub, Camp Hill and The Mercantile, Mechbg. Our non-profit bulk pricing enables organizations to offer our items for sale to patrons as fundraisers, as giveaways at special programs and events or to donors. When worn by staff or volunteers, buttons can also serve as marketing for special events, fundraisers and new initiatives. We have also produced personalized name badges for organizations.
As a person with Autism/Aspergers Syndrome, I donate 5% of profits to local Autism resources, which I myself have greatly benefited from. Along with my Business Administration and Marketing degree, we also have a combined experience of 40+ years in graphic art design and marketing.
