About the Owner:
APB Security & Event Services (APB) is founded by Arthur Bobbouine and the office is in Pittston.

We specialize in Security, Event Management, guest services and parking services. Art has his degrees in Political Science and Law. He is a former deputy sheriff in Luzerne County and left office with the rank of Chief Deputy. He helped write the training manual and was a training officer. Art was formerly a trainer on Anti-Terrorism for the Joint Terrorism Taskforce. He is also a Pennsylvania Sta

te Constable and has his private investigators license. After leaving the Sheriff’s Department, Art taught and was the Program Director for the Criminal Justice and Paralegal Department at Fortis Institute. He taught classes on Law Enforcement, Private Security, Loss Prevention, Intro to Criminal Justice, and Personal Protection Services. He has worked for several local security companies and has experience in Security Event Management and has been a parking supervisor at several venues. Art is also Traffic Incident Management Safety (TIMS) nationally certified from the Emergency Responder Safety Institute along with several of his employees. He is Crowd Manager Certified from the National Association State Fire Marshalls and has several certifications from FEMA. Art is also First Aid/CPR certified.
