Have you tried to get organized in the past but just couldn't finish? It's a completely different experience bringing in outside help. We send two organizers at a time, for a full five hour day, and work diligently to improve your space. The analogy I always use is getting my nails done- do I have the ABILITY to do it on my own? Sure! However, it turns out significantly better (without wasted time and tears of frustration) if I just pay the expert at the salon to do it!

Multiple family members using the items or it's easy to fall into disarray? Go ahead and slap a label on it! It never hurts to have a visual aid of what goes where!

I didn't have to listen to that antiquated advice and you don't have to listen to any style or organizing advice you've heard either! When I work with clients, the goal is always to figure out what's best FOR THEM. Want to keep all your clean clothes in a hamper and just pull them out as needed? Let's do it. When shopping for organizing supplies- don't limit yourself to what the product says the use is! For example, I've never in my life put a sweater in these "sweater boxes" from The Container Store but I do love storing smaller board & card games in them. This way, they don't fall off the shelf and I don't have to downstack a whole collection to get to the game I want!

"Facing" your pantry is something you can do in just a few minutes to make your space feel neater! Simply line up like items together and make sure the label is facing out. This makes it easier to see what you have and it's aesthetically pleasing. If you have a little extra time, go ahead and toss anything expired or that you simply don't use! (Insert me looking for recipes that include celery salt to justify it's place in the cabinet. . . )
