An old building we got the privilege to work on, it had an old limestone fitting that was falling fast! We were able to jack the building up, dig out all the old limestone them pour new footings all the way around. After that we placed over 24" of back fill material compacted down and capped with a 6" thick pad along with 3 piers in the center, lowered building back down and fastened it back down! And added an outer pad between the buildings also 6" thick! No job to big or to small for CB Excavation and Concrete give us a call for a free estimate 9132170944
