We will keep you posted when the system is up and running properly.

Wow, Winter Storm Iliana is looking fierce with many Michigan areas received up to 12 inches of snow. Our registered agent office will be closing early on February 12, 2025 due to weather conditions. We will re-open when road conditions improve!

For Thursday, February 13th, 2025-our daily run to the Corporations Division may be impacted (along with many County runs)-please email [email protected] with any questions.

State of Michigan-UCC Update!
In preparation for the new system (starting January 27, 2025) the current system has now been suspended.

For Friday, January 24th, 2025 filings & searches will NOT be available.

Starting Monday...my service remains the exact same-PAPER filings only!

It is a little cold in Michigan (-17 windchill here)-many Counties and agencies are closed today. We hope to thaw out starting tomorrow!

The State of Michigan will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, 2024 and Friday November 29th, for Thanksgiving. Filings and searches will be back on schedule for December 2, 2024.

Technical difficulties appear to be over. Yay! We will be delivering paper filings to the State today!

The State of Michigan, Corps Department is having technical difficulties. At this time, we have been asked to refrain from filings, retrievals and Good Standings until the system is operational.

Thank you for your understanding. We are ready to process all of our orders as soon as the system is operational.

Wayne County MI-The Register of Deeds (and other offices) were hit with a CyberAttack last week. The office was expected to be operational by Friday.... The County is still showing as being closed on Monday, October 7, 2024. Updates will be posted as available.
