With more than 40 years of nursing experience, including 25 years as a Massachusetts DPH surveyor, Steve brings unparalleled expertise in quality care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.

A veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, former Combat Medic, and ICU nurse at a VA Medical Center, Steve has dedicated his career to serving others. He is available to provide mock surveys, policy and procedure reviews, staff education, and clinical guidance to help facilities prepare for success.
