Innova President Jeff Allegretti led an effort, along with Civic Association colleagues in Wissahickon and Roxborough, to create a thematic historical district for 5 miles of Ridge Avenue in Northwest Philadelphia, thereby protecting all historically significant buildings from demolition or other destructive modifications. The creation of such a district is unprecedented in the history of the City and is now a model for other neighborhoods seeking to protect their historic heritage.

This effort garnered the 2019 Preservation Alliance Award - John Andrew Gallery Community Action Award for Achievement by Community Organizations
