Everybody always asks us… “Who do I need to talk to about financing something like this?” 👀
Well… meet a couple of the ladies behind a LOT of our crazy ideas becoming reality. 😂🙌
Whether we’re calling about a construction loan, investment/rental property, business financing, or even something personal, the ladies and gentlemen at Planters Bank have worked SO hard for us over the years.
And when I say we keep them on their toes… I mean it. 😂
We’re constantly walking in with another property, another project, another piece of equipment, or another “Okay, hear me out… what if we did THIS?” 🤣
And somehow, they always go above and beyond to help us figure out the best way to make it happen.
One thing we’ve learned through building Cobb Land Development and investing in rental properties is that having the right people in your corner matters. Your banker isn’t just someone you call when you need money—they can become a huge part of helping you understand what’s possible and how to structure the next step.
So for everybody who has asked me:
