This 8-unit cottage cluster in Lake Oswego was planned, designed, and permitted by Faster Permits Integrated Building Design™ as a small-scale neighborhood that blends modern architecture, efficient land use, and high-quality living.

Despite tightly limiting city codes and neighborhood concerns, the project was optimized on every front while satisfying all applicable policies.

Each home was thoughtfully designed to maximize:

• Natural light
• Functional open layouts
• Private outdoor connections
• Walkable shared spaces
• Clean modern Pacific Northwest architecture
