SUMMARY
Therapist identity evolves over time shaped by training, supervision, workplace culture, and lived experience. Like a plant moving through seasons of rooting, pruning, and blossoming, our professional identity requires intention, reflection, and supportive conditions to grow.

Held in April, this springtime training embraces the season as an invitation to intentionally blossom. Spring is a time of emergence, when what has been rooting beneath the surface begins to take visible shape. Through guided reflection and Nature-informed experiential practices, participants will clarify what feels authentic, what feels inherited, and how to cultivate a more grounded, sustainable therapist identity aligned with who they are becoming.

OBJECTIVES
1. Identify core values and lived experiences that has shaped your therapist identity.

2. Use Nature-Based metaphors and experiential reflection to explore growth, misalignment, and professional development.

3. Develop a values-driven vision of your authentic therapist identity and explore next steps for thriving growth.

Description: Learn how to attune to Nature’s wisdom and embrace Nature as a mentor. Applications of Nature’s wisdom explored in this class may be applied to personal growth, as well as advance professional skills especially for jobs focused on helping others (e.g. therapists, teachers, medical professionals).

**Once you register, information will be sent how to buy the required workbook, which is an additional cost of $27.99.**

Class is 18 hours total and includes:
6 asynchronous hours; 1 hour per week completing a workbook chapter (6 total) within whatever space they choose to deepen connection to their near-Nature
12 synchronous hours; 2 hours per week participating in virtual processing groups to deepen application and engage in experiential activities

We are collaborating with Clackamas County Parks and Rec to give back to Clackamette Park in Oregon City, and we are inviting you to help us as part of a community building opportunity!

Clackamette Park has hosted several outside mental health therapy sessions for Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies , and several professional training opportunities through Grow With Nature Consulting. Let's join as a community and give back to the park that continues to hold a great space for us to connect outside together!
