Trade shows and live events are 90% behind the scenes. Like a movie production, there are countless hours of planning, coordination, logistics, and ex*****on behind every event. What attendees see when they walk the show floor is the final vision brought to life by exhibitors, show management, production teams, and crews working together under pressure.
Floor plans, freight, crews, vendors, timelines, radios, drawings, lifts, staging, AV, problem-solving, and a whole lot of moving parts all have to come together at the right time.
This visual loop was created for the Kinetic Kanvas Events page to represent the kind of work I support: trade shows, live events, production logistics, show-site coordination, setup, strike, and the field discipline behind a finished experience.
I help teams bring structure to complex work, keep people aligned, and move projects from planning to delivery.
That support goes beyond the show floor into organizations, internal communications, operations, and process improvement. My role is to help make sure the vision happens before the doors open, during the event, and long after the lights go down and the curtains close.
