Here I was thinking I was starting a business, when in reality, I was starting a self-improvement journey.
Building a business has very little to do with logos, cameras, or sales. It has everything to do with becoming the kind of person who can lead one.
Every weakness, insecurity, bad habit, and limitation eventually gets exposed. You’re forced to grow, become more disciplined, communicate better, manage your emotions, and develop resilience.
Your business will rarely outgrow you.
That’s why your personal brand is just as important as the brand you’re building. Because before people buy into your company, they buy into the person behind it.
