Mastering Remote Communication
Remote leadership isn’t about sending more messages — it’s about sending better ones.
3 Principles to Communicate Effectively:
1️⃣ Match the medium → Meetings for brainstorming/feedback, async tools for updates.
2️⃣ Make meetings matter → Agenda in advance, keep it short, end with action items.
3️⃣ Lead with clarity → Be specific, overcommunicate priorities, confirm understanding.
💡 Try this: Take one recurring meeting this week → shorten it, share an agenda, and close with written action steps.
Strong communication saves time and builds trust.
