What a wonderful two days of connection!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, shared your stories, and connected with us at the 2026 AFH Council Fall Conference.

It was great seeing familiar faces and meeting so many new providers, vendors, and professionals in the Adult Family Home community.
