I had a truck totaled on the 15th. The other truck had a misfire come up a little before noon. Thankfully Curtis Welborn squeezed in plugs and wires for me. Adam is back out working until dark. What he doesn’t get they will get in the morning. After Thursday is finished they will start on Friday route.

Asking for prayers first and patience second.

Jimmy by the grace of God has cut bruises and a broken sternum.

There was a wreck on 59 today that totaled a route truck. We will be running with only 1 truck until I can get another truck and have a cage built. We will work each day until dark then start where we leave off the next morning. There will be delays for unknown amount of time.

We are back to normal schedule. We are running a little slower due to extra at each stop. We will pick up until dark each day and start where we leave off the next morning if we do not get that day completed before dark.

As everyone knows this ice has caused problems everywhere. First I would like to think all of you for being patient. We do not want to add to the runts and cause further damage to ice covered roads.
We understand that there will be extra trash at every stop when we resume pick ups on Monday 2/2. The weather may have damaged some of the tied bags in your can. If you would double check that they are all ready to go on your pickup day we will get them. The 2nd truck is getting the new rear axle put in today so by Monday both trucks will be on the road. The landfill is now open, so today, Friday and Saturday we will be getting the trailers emptied and ready for a quick unload from the route trucks.
Again thank you to all the wonderful Cass County residents, first responders and electric crews who have "weathered" this week.

County roads and farm roads are still very dangerous. Freezing fog is expected in the morning.

No service for Tuesday 1/27.

Roads have not improved and with tonight’s temperatures they will likely be worse tomorrow.
Our prayers go out for the first responders and electric crews that are out keeping us safe.

With road conditions not improving today, we will not be running Monday 1/26. We will evaluate conditions in the afternoon for Tuesday.

With road conditions not improving today, we will not be running Monday 1/26. We will evaluate conditions in the afternoon for Tuesday.

With the incoming weather the guys are working hard to get as much done before it arrives. I trust their judgment as to when it is unsafe and they need to get off the road. Stops that are not picked up today will be picked up as soon as road conditions permit.
