When we think of innovation, usually it’s in the form of a recognizable product such as an Iphone or a Tesla or a chance discovery. In fact, innovation can take on many other forms.

Doblin, a consulting firm focused on innovation, researched over 2,000 business innovations over several centuries and discovered that most innovations “can be categorized within a range of 10 distinct dimensions—and anyone can use the resulting strategic framework to analyze the competition, to stress test for product weaknesses, or to find new opportunities for their product.”
