Therapy By Alex People do not care how you do your work--they care why you do it. Marketing and advertising are no l CDM Think Tank is a business that solves problems.

Regardless of where your company is in its path, enhancing your ability to draw attention is critical. Marketing, sales, and recruitment all fundamentally must tell a story people want to hear. Our process begins with a discussion about human nature and how both our experiences and perception of the world around us plays a part in every decision we make. We believe that fear and danger are not the

same thing and we make sure everyone in our client's workforce feels this shift in understanding. a different experience than most company training programs.

Have you ever wondered what makes a specific person so mean? Some of us have an instinct to diagnose people with a ā€œcauseā€ for why they behave so cruel. We want to know WHY. Here are some thoughts on how to think about this.

The point of all of this is- if you feel abused by someone you need to get always from them and that persons diagnosis has nothing to do with needing to sepa...

When you focus on what you are in control of you have a performance first mindset. When you are focused on what someone else is doing that is a competitor first mindset. One focuses on you and the other focuses on someone else and what THEY are doing. Both mindsets can lead to ā€œwinningā€ but only one is operating from a controllable space. If you are constantly looking at what someone else is going to do we will never be able to focus on what YOU are going to do to the fullest of our capacity. If you can only have one mindset for life, which will yours be?

There is nothing to be bad at when you don’t know what you stand for in the first place šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø. The first rule to hold yourself to in negotiation is KNOWING what you will and won’t do.

In my opinion, this is the only way to go into any discussion that is about negotiating. People often confuse themselves and think they have lost a negotiati...

Can you change someone else’s mind? Think about the political climate right now. Which by the way, the political climate right now is the worst example of how well people can communicate and understand each other ever. The answer is complex. You can not change anyone else’s ANYTHING but you can influence them.

Here is a hint that I wish I learned at 26 instead of 36: If you want to impact someone else’s thinking, you better take your own thinking totally out of the conversation. Here is what I mean...

Everyone seems so polarized right now. Pick a social issue to put on the discussion table and you will get opposite views. Should you have to wear a mask? Who should you vote for? What lives matter? Should schools open up? We all have our opinions on these things but why are we all over the place? Here is some insight.

In the political climate we are in we see people coming from such opposite perspectives. How is that possible when we have the same information available to ...
