I don’t know about you but April kinda snuck up on me! We’re in the 2nd Quarter of 2018 already people!!! Is anyone else a little shocked by that?

What that means to me is that this is the time of year to check in on the progress towards the goals I set for 2018. And trust me, when I looked at my calendar and realized it was time to do that this week – I was not happy with what I discovered. It quickly became a real Gut Check for me instead of the pleasant Goal Check that I’d hoped for.

But, I turned it into a positive – made some tweaks in my plan and activities and now I feel ready to take on Q2! So, I’m sharing my latest Strategy Session with you on this topic where 1) I confess how badly I needed this Gut Check and 2) I share with you the exact formula for how I made it a positive for my business and I hope it will be for yours.
